Chef Akihiro Hara

Akihiro-san from Kochi, Japan. Affectionately known as "The Man Who Saves the World with Ramen" whose culinary journey begun mastering traditional Japanese Ramen for 18 years with the award winning IPPUDO group and continued to Amsterdam where he now leads Men Impossible, acclaimed for combining authentic Japanese craftsmanship with modern innovation.

originally from the Philippines, Chef Jeff’s career has taken him through acclaimed Japanese restaurants around the world.

And now here, at home in brasov.

Along the way, he has cooked for artists including Jessie J, the Black Eyed Peas, and many other notable guests, bringing both technical excellence and creativity to every dish.

To bring the same sense of purpose and craftsmanship to the bar as we do to our food, we collaborated with Romanian mixologist Alex Ghionea, creator of bespoke drinks menus for some of the country’s most refined cocktail venues, including one of our Bucharest favourites, La Mița Biciclista.

Together, we developed a collection of signature cocktails designed to complement the flavours and spirit of our modern izakaya. Inspired by seasonality and the quiet beauty of the natural world, Alex’s work is defined by texture, balance and meticulous attention to detail.
